While custom orders cannot be returned, we do want to do our best to work with you and provide you a good experience with American Made Metals, so you will share with your friends, family and colleagues not only what great products we have, but what great customer service we have as well.
You have 24 hours to cancel an order. Please send an e-mail to email@example.com notifying us of your desire to cancel an order. We will always wait 24 hours after receiving an order before starting said order.
Custom Items/Monograms are non-refundable, nor do we issue refunds or make exchanges for such items. Sorry.
Returns and Exchanges will be accepted up to 10 days after the receipt of the item. Please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with order number and tracking number and reason for return/exchange. Once your return is received, inspected and a refund is approved a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment; typically between 3-5 business days depending on your account holder’s processing. You will receive an email showing the refund details.
